1. Please how do I create an express entry profile after study permit refusal. Is there going to be a question or code in relation to my previous ircc study permit application while creating the profile.
2. Can i create the profile before my Wes evaluation result is out since I already know it's two or more certificate as seen in my friend's evaluation report.

You must complete your WES evaluation before creating an express entry profile. IRCC ALREADY has your previous refusal in their database... And yes, they will ask you a question regarding previous refusals
