Welcome, Leenbarth. Yes, you need to pass the MCCQE1 (and NACOSCE) exams if you plan to work as a doctor or go into residency.

Yes, there are mostly paid and free materials and question banks online which you can download online or subscribe to. These include ACE QBank, CanadaQbank, uWorld etc.
