No passport for a minor, please help!

Good day everyone, I have a question to ask, kindly advise. My baby of 10 months hasn't gotten her passport and the whole of Nigeria no 34-page booklet available for me to express. Pls what ur suggestion and how to go about bcos my deadline is fast approaching for my Ontario OINP submission

Welcome... Usually, you need to include the passports of your family members. But, in your particular issue, there may be a way out. When is your deadline for submission of your Ontario OINP application?

Wow... You're pretty short on time. Don't lose your Ontario application because of this. . The best you can do now is to proceed with your Ontario application and submit all the other documents you already have. In the section to upload your child's passport, write a letter of explanation explaining that you're still awaiting your child's passport to be processed by Nigerian Immigration...

If there is any evidence of payment for the passort and you are just waiting for the appointment then I think you can add that with the LOE.
