Re: Canada Express Entry PR Application Question and Answer Thread
(42127 Views)Yes, Manitoba also picks candidates in the Express Entry pool, though not as common as Ontario OINP PNP. Also, Manitoba prefers only people who already have a job offer or family members in their province.

Re: Canada Express Entry PR Application Question and Answer Thread
(42127 Views)Yes, of course you do stand a chance. Even though you'll lose points once you are 30 years and above under Express Entry, Age is only one criterion used to award points. There are other criteria IRCC uses to award you points. This includes education, work experience, IELTS score etc. You can also get additional points under education if you are a medical doctor or have a master's degree, max out your IELTS if you have at least band 8, and have at least 3 years of experience in your chosen health field.
I suggest you provide detailed information about your profile, so we can see your best option.

Re: Canada Express Entry PR Application Question and Answer Thread
(42127 Views)Great... Go ahead and jump onto the Canadian Government website and simulate your score. Make sure you choose the band 8 score range for your IELTS, and fill in the other details, and let me know your score. Go here: https://ircc.canada.ca/english/immigrat ... s-tool.asp

(42127 Views)Good sir …
I have some questions I would like to ask you and I would be grateful if I can get answers from you
I recently just got my ielts result and I was about to enter the pool … however my Nigerian passport expires at the end of May… I was wondering if it is okay to still go ahead with the registration while I go about renewing my passport
Also does NIN serve as an alternative for passport ( because I saw national identity document as an alternative to passport while trying to enter the pool
Thanks in anticipation

Re: Canada Express Entry PR Application Question and Answer Thread
(42127 Views)If you create your EE profile now with your expiring passport and your passport expires by the end of May, your profile will instantly become ineligible. It'll be as good as having no profile. So, you should wait until you renew your passport and use it to create your Express Entry profile once and for all.Adrian Ajadalu wrote: ↑Sat May 18, 2024 5:47 pmGood sir …

As for the national identity document question, NIN can't be used as an alternative to your International passport.
I hope you understand!

(42127 Views)Good day Sir. Please I have a question regarding creating an account with WES. My international passport carries my husband's name while my credentials carries my maiden name. However, there is no space for maiden name while creating the wes account. Which name should I create the account with? I really don't know what to do

(42127 Views)Use the name on your international passport. Also, attach your Marriage certificate as evidence of name change and send to WES.Nurse Priscilla wrote: ↑Wed Jul 10, 2024 2:16 pm Good day Sir.
